What Are Womens Circles?
Women’s Circles are a place where we gather, like many generations before us, to sit, listen, and share our journeys, stories, celebrations, fears, whatever is alive in the moment. We experience deep connection and are nourished to the core. Circles are a confidential, advice and judgement free space.
When we come together in Circle we drop the social mask and speak from the heart. We are witnessed by the other women in what we choose to say. It is powerful,simple and can feel cathartic. There is no right or wrong story, no need to perform or for prior experience. We come exactly as you are.
Through the connection of Circle, we experience a powerful connection to other women and our humanity; it is true medicine to the soul.
The Circles I hold are mainly Storytelling circles, where participants share either freely or following a theme. They may also integrate simple exercises such as journaling, meditation, self-care, vision boards etc. You are always welcome to come and sit in Circle wherever you are on your path.
